License Keys vs. Invitation Codes

License keys and invitation codes are two different types of codes:

• Invitation codes: Formatted as INV-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, used to redeem a product license. Enter an invitation code on the Redeem page and the system will automatically generate a corresponding license key.
• License keys: Automatically issued after a purchase or invitation code redemption, used to activate products within applications. Their format differs from invitation codes and they cannot be used on the redeem page.

If you received a code starting with INV-, please redeem the invitation code first before using the license key. Do not enter the invitation code directly into an application's activation field.

Where to Find Your License Key

License keys can be found in the following places:

1. Account Center: Log in and go to Account Center to view issued license keys in the "My License Keys" section.
2. Order History: Go to Order History, find the corresponding order, and click to view details and license keys.
3. Delivery email: After a successful purchase or redemption, the license key is sent to the email you used to register or make the purchase.

Which Products Require Manual License Key Entry

Not all products require manual license key entry. In-browser apps automatically recognize your account authorization after login without additional input. License keys are primarily used for installable desktop applications: when you first open or access the activation screen, the application will prompt you to enter your license key.

Check the product page and the product's own prompts for specific instructions on whether a license key is needed.

What to Do If You Cannot Find Your License Key

1. Make sure you are logged into the correct account and your email has been verified.
2. Check your Account Center and Order History.
3. If more than 30 minutes have passed since purchase or redemption without receiving the key, check your email's spam and promotions folders.
4. If you still cannot find it, contact technical support with your order number or redemption details.
