We do not collect sensitive personal information such as national ID numbers, bank card numbers, or biometric data. Payment fund details are handled directly by Alipay; we receive only the order number and payment result.

• User content such as comments and submissions — deleted or anonymised when the account is closed

8. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Our infrastructure is provided by overseas cloud vendors (Vercel hosting, Neon database, Cloudflare R2 object storage, Resend email, Sentry error monitoring), so your account information, order records, and user content may be stored or processed outside mainland China. We protect this data through transport encryption, access controls, and data minimisation, and we require these vendors to uphold corresponding data protection obligations. If you do not accept cross-border transfers, please discontinue use of this site.

9. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including site-wide HTTPS (TLS), salted password hashing, rate limiting, a Content Security Policy, and regular database backups. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. In the event of a personal information breach, we will notify you and report to the relevant authorities as required by law.

10. Protection of Minors

This service is not directed at children under 14. If you are under 18, please read this policy and use the site together with a guardian. If we learn that we have collected a child’s personal information without prior guardian consent, we will delete it as soon as possible. Under Articles 44 to 50 of the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
